Roboloan provides loan servicing technology. Lenders and servicing organizations that use the platform remain responsible for their own privacy notices, legal obligations, and decisions about borrower information they control.

Depending on how Roboloan is used, information may include account and contact details; organization and user-role information; borrower identity and contact records; loan terms, balances, schedules, fees, and servicing status; payment and allocation records; documents; communications; support requests; audit and security events; and technical information such as browser, device, IP, and application logs.

Payment credentials or banking information may be handled by an integrated payment or banking provider rather than stored directly by Roboloan, depending on the integration selected by the servicing organization.

We use information to provide and secure the platform; authenticate users; isolate organization data; maintain loan and servicing records; process user-requested workflows; generate statements, reports, documents, and audit records; deliver communications; support users; troubleshoot problems; prevent abuse; maintain backups; and improve reliability and product functionality.

4. Information provided by servicing organizations

When a lender or servicing organization enters borrower or loan information into Roboloan, Roboloan processes that information to provide services to the organization. Borrowers should contact their lender or servicer for questions about why their information is being used, the legal basis for servicing activity, loan terms, or corrections to source records.

5. How information may be shared

Information may be shared with authorized users of the applicable organization, the authenticated borrower where appropriate, and service providers that help operate Roboloan, such as hosting, database, backup, email, storage, monitoring, security, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Roboloan, our users, or others.

Roboloan does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Roboloan may connect to third-party services selected or configured by an organization. Those providers have their own privacy practices and terms. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of a lender, servicer, payment provider, bank, or other third party.
