About Roboloan

Built around the work of servicing loans.

Roboloan brings product development and private-lending experience together to make everyday servicing more organized.

Our story

Why we started Roboloan.

A single loan can leave a team working across spreadsheets, payment portals, email, and document folders. As the portfolio grows, finding the right information and understanding the account history becomes harder.

Ian Ghrist and Garnet Yolamu co-founded Roboloan in Colleyville, Texas, to bring that work into a dedicated servicing platform for private lenders.

How we build

Product principles.

Clear records

Loan information should be easy to find, understand, and review.

Practical servicing

The platform should support the work a servicing team performs throughout the life of a loan.

Straightforward communication

We explain how the platform is supported, which capabilities are available, and what still needs to be confirmed.

A professional borrower experience

Borrowers should have a clear place to find relevant account information and eligible payment options.

Business model

A different way to support servicing software.

Participating lenders use Roboloan without a software subscription or per-seat license fee. Roboloan earns revenue through eligible borrower payments made using its integrated online payment service.

We explain the participation requirements and payment arrangement before your organization gets started.

The company

Where Roboloan stands today.

Building with real servicing needs in mind.

Roboloan is in active development. Some capabilities are available today and others are still being built. Contact us to discuss your portfolio and confirm what is available for your organization.

What Roboloan provides.

Roboloan provides loan-servicing software. It is not a bank, lender, law firm, or payment processor. Integrated payment partners process electronic transactions and handle settlement; Roboloan maintains the related servicing workflow and records.
